Although the cause of this condition still remains unknown, scientists have come up with enough evidence to show that cherries act as a miraculous fruit in combating rheumatoid arthritis.
Bing cherries are supposed to contain components that reduce inflammation in areas affected by rheumatoid arthritis, which greatly reduces the associated pain. So add plenty of cherries to your diet and be free from pain!
Mediterranean diets are also known to be working for rheumatoid arthritis. However, you should know that what works for one person may not necessarily work for another all the time. Therefore, trial and error with food habits is an inevitable part of overcoming pain related to rheumatoid arthritis.
